A very comfortable stay.
The location was excellent. The room was clean. Toiletries was adequate. Convenience of a washing machine, vending machine and ice available on level 5.
It could be better if there is a plastic container to store the ice cubes.

I like the external facade of the hotel. Looks nice.
The short flight of stairs to climb to get into the hotel. I switched from Hotel Resol to this hotel after cancelling my Shinjuku stay.

Interresant place to visit Tokyo : sky tower, Ueno Park, Asakusa shrine
The location of the hotel is close to the train station, easy reachable from the airports; Ueno is on the Yamamote line so all the important places are reachable.
The room is relatively small. there is no enough space to put our clothes, luggage.

It is okay to stay there, it is not an elevator in the front door.
Good location
Not reasonable. Due to delay and cancellation of the flight, I have to check in one date later. Some hotels don’t charge that date with flight cancellation certificate, but this hotel continued to charge.
